Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will work to provide various levels of support to the corporate and operational teams across Titanium American Trucking, Inc. This role will be responsible for assisting business leaders in their support across both HR and Payroll Departments. Success in this role requires someone highly motivated, able to communicate at all levels, and detail oriented.

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting human resource functions with an emphasis on employee benefits and payroll review.

This position will require you to be both strategic and hands-on while building critical relationships with leaders, employees, and vendors, providing feedback to all necessary leadership.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to implement payroll functions to ensure payroll is processed correctly
• Support onboarding and orientation by gathering necessary documentation from new hires
• Maintain employee records and update as needed
• Answer employee requests and be the point-of-contact for drivers
• Assist in administering employee health and welfare plans including, enrollments, changes, questions, and termination updates
• Review various reports for accuracy and occasional data entry
• Implementing and overseeing of company policies within the workplace
• Effectively communicate employee requests and needs to managers while maintaining confidential, personal information
• Arrange any training or development on behalf of the managers

Job Requirements

• Associates degree in human resources or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience working with a team of leaders in the transportation field

Preferred

• Previous experience in a supply chain logistics environment would be considered an asset.
